Referral terms
The rules of the referral program, in plain language.

1. Who can participate
The program is for Partner Evidence account holders aged 18 or over. We may require identity, contact, payment or tax information before a payout. The program is not employment, agency, partnership or authority to speak for Partner Evidence.
2. Eligible new customers
A referred person must follow a valid referral link and create their first Partner Evidence account while the attribution is valid. Someone who already had an account, used another attribution first or cannot be reliably matched to the referral is not eligible.
3. The 30-day attribution window
A signed first-party referral record normally lasts 30 days from the link visit and is consumed when the referred person signs up. Clearing cookies, switching browser or device, blocking storage, waiting more than 30 days or signing up through another route may prevent attribution. We cannot manually recreate attribution where it cannot be verified.
4. When a reward is earned
$20 is credited to your referral balance after the eligible new customer successfully pays for their $79 case and the payment is confirmed. Starting checkout, creating a free case, a failed payment or an unpaid invoice does not qualify.
5. One reward for one customer and payment
Each referred customer can generate one reward, and a qualifying payment can be claimed by only one attribution. Creating additional accounts, cases, devices or referral links does not create additional rewards for the same person or purchase.
6. No self-referrals or artificial activity
You cannot refer yourself, an account you control, or arrange reciprocal, purchased, automated, misleading or fabricated referrals. Do not bid on our brand, impersonate us, make unapproved claims, send spam or place referral links where promotion is prohibited. We may hold, reject or reverse activity while we reasonably investigate it.
7. Refunds, disputes and reversals
If the qualifying purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid, the related reward may be reversed. If it remains in your balance it will be deducted. If it was already paid out, we may offset it against future rewards or ask for repayment where lawful.
8. Payouts
Payouts are processed manually after you request them through Refer & Earn. We may verify eligibility, identity, account ownership, payout details and fraud signals first. Processing times depend on the chosen method and provider. You are responsible for providing accurate details; we are not responsible for delay caused by incorrect details or a payment provider.
9. Taxes and expenses
You are responsible for taxes, declarations, bank fees and other costs that may apply to your rewards or payouts. We may withhold or report an amount where law requires and may request information needed to meet those obligations.
10. Privacy and respectful promotion
Referral links use the attribution described in the cookie and privacy policies. Do not disclose another person's private information to us or add them to a mailing list without permission. Promotional statements must be truthful, identify that you may receive a reward where required, and must not suggest that Partner Evidence guarantees a visa outcome or provides immigration advice.
11. Suspension, changes and closure
We may suspend a code or account for suspected abuse and may change or end the program with reasonable notice where practical. A valid reward already earned under the prior terms remains payable unless it is later reversed for a refund, chargeback, fraud or ineligibility. No reward is earned merely because a link was shared before the program changed or ended.
12. General terms and contact
The Partner Evidence terms of service, privacy policy, consumer-law protections and governing-law provisions also apply. If records conflict, our transaction and referral ledger records control unless you show a clear error.
