About evidence coverage
Where the app shows counts or how many months contain evidence, these are organisational figures describing what you have added. They are not a score, and they are not an assessment of quality or sufficiency.
About AI features
AI search finds and summarises conversations you imported, and links its answers to the original messages. It can make mistakes, so always check the source conversation. It does not provide immigration assistance or legal advice. Where AI helps with writing, it edits what you wrote — it does not add facts.
About the checklist
The document checklist is an organisational tool. It is not personalised immigration advice or a definitive list of documents required for your circumstances. Check the current official requirements that apply to you.
Accuracy and your responsibility
The service organises what users provide and may not detect an incorrect date, missing page, altered file, mistranslation or misleading description. AI output and automated counts can be wrong. You must check source material, exports, deadlines and official requirements before relying on them or giving them to another person.
No government affiliation
Partner Evidence is an independent software service. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting for the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, a tribunal, a court or a migration professional. Links or references to official sources do not imply endorsement, and official requirements can change without notice to us.
No promised outcome
Using Partner Evidence does not guarantee that an application will be complete, accepted or successful. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. If you need advice about your situation, a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner is the right person to ask. Partner Evidence is designed to make that conversation easier by having your material organised — not to replace it.
