What cookies and similar storage are
Cookies, local storage and similar technologies are small browser records used to maintain a session, remember a choice, attribute a referral or measure use. This policy covers the Partner Evidence website and application and should be read with our privacy policy.
How consent works
Required storage is used because the service cannot securely sign you in, protect a checkout or remember an essential security state without it. Google Analytics and PostHog analytics are optional and are intended to load only after the applicable analytics choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection but does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected; contact us to request deletion where available.
Sign-in, security and checkout
Required
Supabase authentication records keep you signed in and refresh a secure session. Stripe and Cloudflare may set necessary cookies during checkout, fraud checks or security protection. These are not used by us for advertising.

- Supabase sb-[project]-auth-token cookies and related session fragments; Stripe or Cloudflare security identifiers when their services are used.
- Typical duration
- Session-only or until the account session expires, you sign out, or the provider's necessary security period ends.
Preferences
Optional
Preference storage may remember choices such as theme, language or a dismissed notice so you do not need to choose them again on every visit.
- Examples
- Theme, language, navigation state and notice choices in first-party cookies or local storage.
- Typical duration
- Until the preference expires, you change it, or you clear browser storage.
Referral attribution
Optional
If you arrive through a referral link, a first-party record may remember the referral code long enough to connect a later eligible signup and purchase. Qualification happens on the server; browser storage cannot create a reward by itself.

- Typical duration
- 30 days from the referral visit, unless cleared sooner.
Google Analytics
Optional
Google Analytics helps us understand website and product use after consent. It may distinguish browsers and sessions and collect page, device, browser and approximate-location information. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

- _ga and _ga_[container-id].
- Typical duration
- Up to 2 years by default, unless we configure a shorter period or you clear or withdraw consent.
PostHog product analytics
Optional
PostHog Cloud US helps us measure product events after consent, such as a page view, case creation or completed export. We do not enable session replay over private case content.
- Examples
- PostHog browser or device identifiers, commonly beginning ph_, stored in a cookie or local storage depending on configuration.
- Typical duration
- For the configured analytics period, no longer than 12 months in browser storage unless this policy is updated; server-side event retention may differ.
What never belongs in analytics
Chat messages, relationship captions, document or PDF contents, bank details, file names, evidence text and generated evidence packs are not sent as ordinary analytics event properties. URLs or event names must not be designed to expose that content.
PostHog session replay is not used to record private case content, uploaded evidence, imported chats or generated packs. If we later introduce replay elsewhere, we will use appropriate masking, consent and an updated notice before doing so.
Your controls
You can accept or reject optional analytics in the consent control where shown and can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking required sign-in, checkout or security storage may stop the application from working. Clearing storage may sign you out and remove remembered choices.
A withdrawal applies to the browser and device where you make it unless the consent system says otherwise. Repeat the choice on another browser or device. You can also use privacy or content-blocking tools, although some may affect site features.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Browser signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where our consent platform recognises a legally binding opt-out signal, we will honour it as required. Otherwise, use the on-site analytics choice or browser controls to communicate your preference.
