Where this stage sits

The stages connect, but the evidence task changes. Keep the history you have already organised, then add what has happened since.

What to organise for the 100 permanent stage

The permanent stage focuses on the continuing relationship. Add recent material to the existing record so changes in location, finances, household life and future plans are clear rather than detached from the original application.

Life since the subclass 309 application

Add moves, reunions, travel, work, study, family events and other milestones that show the relationship continuing through time.

Updated finances and household

Keep recent joint documents, living arrangements and shared responsibilities together with dates and short, factual context.

Recent social evidence

Organise new photos, trips, invitations, family occasions and witness material alongside the earlier social history.

Current commitment and plans

Connect communication, combined personal matters and forward plans to the same timeline rather than creating a disconnected second archive.

Carry the offshore story into the permanent stage

Partner Evidence lets you keep the 309 material in place and add only what happened next. Both partners can review the same case before selecting material for an updated export.

Collect what already exists

Bring in photos, documents and a WhatsApp export from the devices and folders where you already keep them.

Connect dates and context

Group related material into events, link it to your relationship timeline and keep the original context easy to find.

Export your selection

Choose what belongs in a pack and generate organised PDFs plus a complete downloadable archive.

What evidence is updated for the subclass 100 stage?

Home Affairs asks for current evidence that the relationship with the same sponsor continues, including financial, household, social and commitment material. Use the official 100 page and ImmiAccount for the documents requested from you.

When can I provide documents for the subclass 100 stage?

Home Affairs currently says eligibility for consideration is generally two years after the original 309/100 application, with some exceptions, and tells applicants not to submit permanent-stage documents early. Follow your current ImmiAccount instructions.

Can I separate new evidence from the original 309 material?

Yes. Dates, events and categories help you filter later material while keeping it connected to the complete relationship history. You decide what goes into each export.

Does Partner Evidence submit the Stage 2 assessment?

No. It is an organisation and export tool. It does not access ImmiAccount, complete the Stage 2 form or lodge documents with Home Affairs.

Read the other visa evidence guides

Each guide focuses on a different application setting or stage, so the pages stay useful without repeating the same checklist.
