# Partner Evidence

> Partner Evidence is private organisation software for Australians preparing partner-visa relationship evidence. It brings user-selected photos, chat exports, documents and milestones into one workspace and creates downloadable packs from the material the user selects.

Important boundaries:
- Partner Evidence is independent software. It is not an Australian Government service, registered migration agent or law firm.
- It does not assess eligibility, score a relationship, decide whether evidence is sufficient, predict an outcome or lodge an application.
- Counts, activity views and the four evidence categories are organisational aids, not legal or immigration advice.
- Optional AI search remains off until a user activates it and should be checked against the linked source messages.
- Free tools run locally in the browser unless a page clearly says otherwise.
